SEED & SPROUT

A retreat for women who've forgotten to remember themselves

Five days to meet the woman you are when no one needs anything from you.

April 21-25, 2026 | Tirthan Valley, Himachal Pradesh

Limited to 14 women | Applications close February 14, 2026

You've become everyone's answer

"The one who holds it together.
Who says yes.
Who makes it work.
Who doesn't complain."

And somewhere along the way, you disappeared.

Not dramatically. Quietly. In the margins of everyone else's needs.

You're tired but not the kind tired that sleep fixes. The kind that lives in your bones.

You're performing a life that looks right but feels empty.

You've forgotten:

"Who you are when no one's watching

What you want when you're not serving

Where your voice went and how to call it back"

You've kept parts of yourself in the shadows to keep everyone else comfortable:

"The woman who's angry

The woman who wants more

The woman who's done performing"

You're not broken. You're exhausted from holding everyone else's world together while yours grew quiet.

Seed & Sprout is five days to remember

Not to transform. (You're not broken.)
Not to escape. (You're reconnecting.)
Not to fix. (You're already whole.)

But to remember:

Who you are beneath the roles.
What you need when you stop performing.
Where you went when you became everyone else's answer.

Through art, movement, and the body's wisdom, you'll:

✓ Meet the parts of yourself you've kept hidden
The angry woman. The selfish woman. The grieving woman. The one who wants too much.

✓ Face yourself truthfully
Not the woman you perform for others—the woman you actually are.

✓ Reclaim what's yours
Your voice. Your boundaries. Your desires. Your permission to choose yourself.

✓ Remember what it feels like to be seen
Not for what you do, but for who you are.

This isn't therapy. It's not a spa. It's not a quick fix.

It's five days of honest, tender, necessary work in a circle of women who understand because they've disappeared too.

Five days. One question.

"Who am I when no one needs anything from me?"

Day 1: The Disappearing Act

"Permission to arrive exactly as you are"

You'll begin by simply naming what you've been carrying. Where you've disappeared. What you've been holding that isn't yours to hold.

Day 2: The Hidden Landscape

"Meeting the parts you've kept in the shadows"

This is the day you crack open. The day you meet the woman you don't let anyone see.

"Who am I when no one needs anything from me?"

The deepest day. The truest day.

Day 3: The Mirror

Seed&Sprout
Seed&Sprout

Seed & Sprout isn't a program you consume. It's an experience you live through.

Each day has a purpose. Each practice reveals something. Each conversation deepens what you're discovering.

You'll experience:

  • Opening circle and arrival ritual

  • Gentle movement to release the journey here

  • Storytelling: the roles you play

  • Body awareness practices

You'll feel: Permission to be tired. To stop performing. To rest.

"Calling back my power"

This is where the work becomes embodied. Where you practice being the integrated woman, all parts, no apologies

Day 4: Reclamation

"Taking her home with you"

The last morning isn't about saying goodbye. It's about anchoring what you've discovered so it doesn't disappear when you return home.

Day 5: The Commitment

You'll experience:

  • Body mapping: where have you disappeared?

  • Expression work through art and clay

  • Movement: embodying the forbidden parts

  • Witnessing circles

You'll feel: Raw. Seen. Brave. Like you just did something you've needed to do for years.

You'll experience:

  • Structured solitude

  • Self-reflection practice (facing yourself without performance)

  • Creative integration

  • Nature immersion

  • Sacred witnessing

You'll feel: Tender. Clear. Like you just met someone you've been avoiding: yourself.

You'll experience:

  • Embodiment practices

  • Kintsugi-inspired art (honoring your cracks)

  • Boundary practice through movement

  • Celebration ritual

You'll feel: Empowered. Creative. Lighter. Like you just remembered who you are.

YYou'll experience:

  • Personal anchor creation

  • Integration practices

  • Closing circle and commitments

  • Final meal together

You'll feel: Grounded. Ready. Bittersweet. Like you're leaving different than you arrived.

What makes this different from other retreats:

Most retreats offer escape. We offer encounter, with the parts of yourself you've been avoiding.

We don't promise transformation.

We create the conditions for you to remember who you've always been beneath the performing.

We honor your pace.

Your process. Your truth.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for you if...

You're looking for a luxury spa experience

You want quick fixes or life hacks

You're not ready to feel uncomfortable emotions

You need someone to tell you what to do

You're hoping to escape your life rather than reconnect with yourself

You're seeking therapy or clinical treatment (this is experiential, not therapeutic)

You're 40+ and exhausted from holding everyone else's world together

You've lost yourself behind the roles: mother, wife, daughter, caregiver, professional

You feel invisible even when you're needed

You say yes when you mean no, smile when you want to scream

You're ready to stop performing and start being

You want to remember who you are & not become someone new

You're willing to meet the uncomfortable parts of yourself

You can commit to five full days away (April 21-25, 2026)

This is NOT for you if...

Still not sure if this is for you?

That's normal. This work asks a lot. Apply anyway. We'll talk and you'll know if it's right

Who's holding this space

Preeti

I spent 18 years designing spaces for others, understanding how environments shape human experience, how rooms can make you feel seen or small, how the right space can change everything.

Then I realized: I'd been designing outer spaces while neglecting the inner ones.

So I shifted. From creating physical spaces to creating psychological ones. From designing homes to designing experiences that help people remember who they are.

I'm completing my Master's in Expressive Movement Therapy (June 2026), trained in somatic approaches that use art, movement, and the body's wisdom to access what words can't reach.

I've trained with Dr. Daniel Siegel (Putting Personalities into Practice) and attended Transform Trauma Conferences in London and Trauma Congress in Barcelona, not to become a therapist, but to understand how we become who we are, and how we can meet all parts of ourselves with compassion.

I created Seed & Sprout because I know what it's like to disappear. To perform. To say yes when you mean no. To forget who you are when no one needs anything.

I don't have all the answers. But I know how to hold space. How to ask the questions that matter. How to witness without fixing.

I'm not here to transform you. I'm here to create the conditions for you to remember yourself.

Bachelor's in Arts (Psychology), 18 years in spatial design, Pursuing Master's in Expressive Movement Therapy, Trained with Dr. Daniel Siegel, Transform Trauma Conference attendee (London, 2025) and Trauma Congress attendee (Barcelona,2025)

5 step simple process

Questions you might be asking

Is this therapy?

No. Seed & Sprout is experiential, not therapeutic.

I'm not a licensed therapist or psychologist. I use somatic practices art, movement, self-reflection, to help you explore your inner landscape, but this isn't clinical treatment.

If you're currently in crisis or need therapeutic support, please seek appropriate care. This retreat is for women who are functioning but feeling lost, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

Can I come with a friend?

You can, but I generally recommend coming alone.

This work is about meeting yourself, not managing relationships. When you come with someone you know, it's harder to drop the performance.

That said, if coming with a friend is what gets you here, come. We'll make it work.

I'm not "broken" enough. Is this still for me?

You don't need to be broken to benefit from Seed & Sprout.

This isn't about fixing what's wrong. It's about remembering what's true.

If you feel exhausted, invisible, or like you've lost yourself behind your roles, you're in the right place.

What's the refund policy?

Deposit (50%) is non-refundable once you enroll (it holds your spot and allows us to plan).

Balance (50%) is refundable up to 30 days before the retreat (March 21, 2026).

After March 21, no refunds, but you can transfer your spot to someone else.

What if I'm not comfortable sharing in a group?

You're never required to share anything you're not ready to share.

We create a container of safety, but you decide what you bring to it. Some women share everything. Some share very little. Both are welcome.

What matters is that you show up and do your own work, the group is there to witness, not to force.

What should I bring?

A packing list will be sent upon enrollment, but generally:

  • Comfortable clothing for movement

  • Layers (mountain weather)

  • Journal (we provide one, but if you have a beloved one, bring it)

  • Open heart, tired body, both welcome

Will I have to do things I'm uncomfortable with?

Every practice is an invitation, not a demand.

You can always pass. You can always modify. You can always take a break.

That said: growth happens at the edge of comfort. I'll invite you to lean into discomfort when it's productive, but I'll never force you.

I've never done art or movement before. Will I be able to do this?

Yes. This isn't about being good at art or skilled at movement.

You don't need to be an artist or a dancer. You just need to be willing to express through your body and hands instead of only your words.

There's no "right way" to do this work. Your expression is yours.

What if I can't take 5 days away from my family/work?

I understand. Taking five days for yourself when everyone depends on you feels impossible.

But here's the truth: if you don't create this space for yourself, no one else will create it for you.

The world will keep taking what you give. The question is: are you willing to give yourself five days to remember who you are?

Only you can answer that.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

All dietary needs are accommodated. Just let us know when you enroll.

Will there be alone time, or is it all group work?

Both.

Some experiences are in circle. Some are solo. Some are in pairs.

You'll have free time each day to rest, journal, walk, or just be.

What happens after the retreat?

You'll receive:

  • 30-day integration workbook

  • Access to private community (other Seed & Sprout women)

  • Optional integration calls (group Zoom, weeks 2 and 4)

The retreat is the beginning, not the end. Integration is how the work stays alive.

I have more questions. Can I talk to you?

Yes. Apply, and we'll schedule a discovery call. You can ask anything.

Are you ready?

You've read this far.

Something in you is saying yes, even if it's quiet, even if it's scared.

Five days won't fix everything. But they might help you remember the woman you've been looking for.

She's not gone. She's just been waiting for you to stop performing long enough to see her.
